Event Catering

The division has over 25 years of experience in serving up a feast of imaginative dishes for royalty, international dignitaries and guests from around the world. Its expertise at satisfying the most eclectic palates is matched by its capacity to cater for a five course banquet for 6,000 guests.

Manning the onsite kitchen, which adheres to HACCP principals, is a multinational, award-winning team of 80 chefs who regularly win gold, silver and bronze medals at culinary events such as the annual Emirates International Salon Culinaire.

Emarati cuisine
Over the years, simple but nourishing nomadic Bedouin dishes have been broadened by other cuisines from the Arab and Asian world. These influences, notably from Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt, India and Pakistan; have resulted in a highly diverse food and drink culture.
Our division has the distinction of promoting this new-age Emarati cuisine.

International cuisines
Ingredients sourced from around the world also inspire our team to create innovative dishes that brim with exotic flavour. Menus include authentic dishes from every continent, with special emphasis on the Middle East, Europe, the Far East and the Indian sub-continent.

Event menus, which are complimented with a vast array of international and local beverages, are customised in consultation with organisers, and regardless of the number of guests, quality and presentation are given top priority.

Our two exclusive on site catering venues provide the ideal setting for a host of occasions. However, no occasion or venue is too small or too big for our Catering Division.  From the privacy of a home or a yacht to the wide outdoors of the desert or the beach, you can rely on us to serve up a feast.

World Trade Club
The World Trade Club is one of the city’s most prestigious and private business clubs. Located on the 33rd floor of the landmark Dubai World Trade Centre Tower, the venue offers meeting rooms, advanced communication equipment, fine dining facilities and panoramic views. Against the breathtaking skyline of the city, the Club is the ideal place to discuss business over a sumptuous meal.

Palm Garden
Set amidst lush and landscaped gardens, the Palm Garden offers outdoor dining for up to 3,000 guests, with barbecue facilities and theme nights allowing for an altogether different experience. The venue is part of The Club at the Dubai International Hotel Apartments. 

Cafés and Restaurants

Our choice of onsite F&B outlets range from informal cafés, fast food counters and mobile food stations to fine dining restaurants.
